INDIVIDUAL PLAN OF CARE
Prior to admission a resident’s needs are fully assessed which enables the home to compile and develop an individual care plan. Each resident is allocated a key worker who is responsible for building a trusting relationship. Care plans are reviewed on a monthly basis to enhance their independence and quality of life.

Sotwell Hill House is a registered residential care home set in beautiful, extensive grounds offering accommodation for 35 residents.
The home has been owned and managed by the Butterfield family for the last 28 years. This continuity has created a welcome and friendly atmosphere throughout the home.
CARING STAFF
The home has a dedicated compliment of well trained staff, many of whom are long serving members. We pride ourselves in the excellent standard of care our residents receive. An emergency call system operates in all rooms and communal areas giving residents’ peace of mind at all times. Recently we have introduced a system whereby residents are checked at regular intervals throughout the night. This information is electronically recorded on a daily basis.
